Smoke Signal Saints is the first-ever AI-powered reggae band, blending reggae, hip-hop, and dub with cutting-edge animation, artificial intelligence, and digital stage performance. The project will launch an immersive music experience through animated characters, AI-generated vocals, interactive concerts, and a globally scalable brand.

You’re investing in the Smoke Signal Saints brand and ecosystem, which includes:

  • AI vocal/animation engine development

  • Digital and physical music sales

  • Streaming royalties

  • Merchandising

  • Live animated concerts (on LED walls and screens worldwide)

  • Licensing, NFTs, and brand collabs

  • Our custom song service: Soundcrafted

  • Fan engagement platform and future tokenization

Your investment secures a revenue share stake in the business, based on your contribution tier.

🔹 How much equity is available?

We’re offering a total of 40% equity in the business, split across 3 tiers:

  • Tier 1: $50K = 2% (10 spaces)

  • Tier 2: $25K= 1% (10 spaces)

  • Tier 3: $10K = 0.4% (25 spaces)

Once the $1M raise is complete, no additional equity will ever be offered.

We are running a 60-day capital raise campaign. The clock starts at official launch. This is a limited opportunity — first come, first served.

🔹 What makes this different from a traditional band?

Traditional bands rely on touring, schedules, and physical limitations.
Smoke Signal Saints uses AI + animation to perform anywhere, anytime, worldwide — on massive digital screens, at festivals, online, and eventually in virtual/AR venues.

There are no travel delays, no tour fatigue, and no overhead-heavy shows — just global scalability, 24/7 content, and maximum creative freedom.

🔹 Will there be real music released?

Yes. The band’s music will be produced using a hybrid model of:

  • AI-generated vocal layers

  • Human songwriting, beats, and vocal guidance

  • Live instrumentation mixed with dub-inspired digital production

All songs will be distributed across major platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) and monetized like any other artist.

🔹 Where will the shows take place?

Live digital concerts will be projected via high-res LED walls or screens at:

  • Reggae festivals and cannabis expos

  • Digital art shows

  • College campuses and clubs

  • Metaverse and VR platforms

  • Branded pop-up events and Soundcrafted showcases

Eventually, the show can tour internationally without physically traveling — just plug in the show file and play.

🔹 Is this legal/IP protected?

Yes. The music, likeness, character designs, show assets, and AI model are created in-house and will be fully IP protected under U.S. copyright law. Revenue-generating media will be secured under royalty tracking and performance licensing tools DistroKid and BMI.

🔹 What are the revenue streams I’ll earn from?

As an investor, you’ll receive a share of:

  • Music streaming and digital downloads

  • Vinyl/CD/NFT physical + digital sales

  • Licensing and sync deals

  • Live show contracts and ticket revenue

  • Soundcrafted custom songs

🔹 How do I get paid as an investor?

Investor payouts will occur quarterly based on total gross revenue tracked across all platforms. Investors will receive financial reports and dashboards showing:

  • Gross revenue per stream

  • Source breakdown (merch, music, shows, etc.)

  • Profit distribution by investment tier

  • Projected growth and reinvestment opportunities

🔹 What’s the endgame / exit strategy?

Within 3–5 years, we aim to:

  • Sell/licensing rights to major streaming or entertainment company (e.g., Netflix, Live Nation, Meta)

  • Secure a high-value NFT/token offering with built-in royalty systems

  • Expand to multiple character bands or genres using the same tech

  • Exit through IP acquisition or remain independent with evergreen revenue

Investors will either continue to share in passive revenue or benefit from a buyout event based on valuation and equity position.
